ABSTRACT:
Majority of instances of food spoilage can be attributed to the attack by pathogens (disease-causing microorganisms) such as
bacteria and fungi, different methods that has been devised for preserving food for eliminate or reduce causative agent. Food
preservative enhances human health by limiting growth of food borne pathogens and spoilage Micro-organisms. A substance
which when added to food is capable of inhibiting, retarding, or arresting the process of fermentation, acidification or other
decomposition of product. Consumption of food containing high levels of preservatives there are some harmful effects of
preservatives. The describe methods were used for detection of different preservative and in various food stuffs and
Pharmaceutical Formulation by different analytical techniques like UV-Visible, HPLC, GC, LCMS and Electrophoresis.
Method of sample preparation which are used to prepare sample extraction methods; Ultrasonic assisted extraction,
Supercritical fluid extraction, Pressurized liquid extraction, Stir bar sorption extraction and clean-up methods; Solid Phase
Extraction, Solid Phase Micro-Extraction, Liquid Phase Micro-Extraction, Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Micro-Extraction, Matrix
Solid Phase Dispersion. These methods are used to extract preservative from sample. Preservative Like Benzoic Acid,
Sorbic Acid, Nitriles, Butylated hydroxy Toluene (BHT), Butylated hydroxy Anisole(BHA) Sulphur Including Sulphur dioxide,
Sodium Benzoate, Methyl Paraben, Propylparaben.

ABSTRACT:
Knowledge of first aid is an invaluable life-skill for schoolteachers. Immediate attention many times avoids life threatening
conditions. It is very much important to evaluate such skills once trained. This manuscript discusses about evaluation of
knowledge and practice of teachers for first aid by collecting information from them regarding first aid. From various states of
India, teachers provided their responses regarding knowledge for first aid and selected number of educators were taken into
consideration for study. From basic to moderate level questions were drafted with the help of literature and standard manuals to
incorporate in online questionnaires. From results it was indicated that there was no significant difference between response of
male and female candidates. It was also observed for few important knowledge and practice was below 50%. The was a need
for schools to shot proactive part, unloading training/support from a variety of professionals and that would be helpful, and
current academic demands such training in curriculum. This information is useful to school physicians, nearby hospital
specialists, and administrators in helping set the stage for establishing emergency tackling abilities by learning practices in
schools. It is also possible from these representative group that further large number of educators may need similar training for
the first aid that remain crucial in saving human lives.

ABSTRACT:
Dexamethasone, is a type of corticosteroid are released by the adrenal cortex, which includes glucocorticoid and
mineralocorticoids. Glucocorticoids have important role in the effective anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity. Due
to their intense immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory activity, glucocorticoids are used in the treatment of endocrine,
rheumatic, collagen, dermatology, allergic, ophthalmic, gastrointestinal, respiratory, hematologic, neoplastic, edematous. On 16
June 2020 the recovery trial announced preliminary result starting that Dexamethasone improves survival rate of COVID-19
patients. The objective of this review is to provide an overview of the analytical methods in bulk, biological fluids and
pharmaceutical dosage form. Various analytical methods have been reported such as U.V, HPLC, HPTLC, LC/MS, GC/MS,
Capillary chromatography, XRDS, DSC, FTIR, NMR.

ABSTRACT:
Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, commonly affecting the lungs. All health care
professionals including the pharmacists provide a valuable public health role in promoting community awareness of TB particularly in
reducing stigma attached to TB. Thus, creating awareness at a community level could play a vital role in control and prevention of TB.
Tuberculosis (TB) prevalence surveys provides the most accurate measure of the burden of disease and data for monitoring disease trends
over time. This survey is being conducted to find out how much awareness is present in the population of Anklachh PHC and how much
more awareness and improvement is needed amongst the people. Therefore, some questions related to their health and daily habits are
added in the questionnaire so that the people can be guided accordingly. Questions related to their daily habits like exercising, consumptions
of any products like gutkha are also asked so that their physical health can also be known. They were also be asked about the PHC services
and asked about awareness of those schemes and the help provided by the PHC and the ASHA-workers. Questions related to the TB
disease, the symptoms, and the precautions are also added. So that we can get a graph of how many of them do have the knowledge about
the disease, know their symptoms and precautions so that they can fight against TB and also help their family and spread awareness
amongst others. Data collected from 245 person during. Impact of the education session showed a significant knowledge improvement about
TB from 1.59% (pre-education) to 49.67% (post-education).

ABSTRACT:
Migraine is a complex disorder presents with one sided headache and nausea type feeling. It can be with aura or without aura.
There are several factors, activities or lifestyle modifications considered as triggers for migraine. Timing gap between two meals,
in sufficient sleep and stress are amongst the major triggers in migraine. Migraine impacted the quality of life of patient too with
repetitive frequency of attack. Based on type and frequency and intensity preventive measures are also available. Extensive
research has been done in treatment for migraine attack. Conceptual correlation various cellular and molecular changes and its
reflection on various body parts, advancement in treatment has already impacted the globe. Understanding newer aspects in
migraine and its complications prepares populations to become more proactive and do avoid possible and probable triggers.
This review work prepared with an objective to make medical undergraduates better understand the various theories of migraine
and attempt to provide insight knowledge for development of safer and effective novel treatment in migraine.

ABSTRACT:
Better understanding training empowers to make better specialist patient relationship and that is in the end works with to grow
faith. In request that impacted individual is more worried about the specialists’ suggestions. Educated patient keep right cleanliness
that additionally permits to diminish the spreading of infection and increment the recuperating system. For instance, Patient
training empowers to build drug consistence as various parasitic contamination need a half year treatment, that wants a right
patient’s consistence to treat the disease quickly. Training furthermore works with to bring down the spread of infectious
contamination as patients follow right precautionary measures.
